What is Mm policy about re-entering a Dream into another Jam?

What is the policy about re-entering a creation into another community jam? If it fits another theme and the creator has put more work into it, can it qualify for submission to another Jam?

  I don't think there are rules at all per se. It's more up to the community I reckon. Could be seen as bad form.
