I can't figure out how to scroll up / down in the piano roll

I have notes off-screen and the only way I can figure to get to them is to do a bunch of window resizing to bring the space I want back into view. Is that the only way to scroll?

  Yeah, you don't scroll. You set the window to be able to view the notes you have.
