How to make a FPS Mode ?
Does somebody managed to create a first person shooter within the game ? I'm playing with the tools but still not figuring out how to do that properly :/

Hey,
The easiest way to make a basic FPS game is:
- Stamp a puppet into your level.
- Scope into the puppet by hovering it and pressing L1+X (or by selecting it and pressing the Scope In button on the right hand side of the screen).
- Open the microchip near the puppet's feet by hovering it and pressing L1+X (or by selecting it and pressing the Open Microchip button on the right hand side of the screen).
- Tweak the Controller Sensor (the big green gadget on the Microchip) by hovering it and pressing L1+Square.
- On page 4 of the tweak menu, set the Camera Distance slider to 0.
This gives you an FPS camera, but the puppet sculpts will now be getting in the way! To fix that, tweak the puppet by hovering it and pressing L1+Square. On page 6 ("Physical Properties"), you can toggle off the puppet's visibility.

Some additional tips for FPS controllers.
-Instead of hiding the whole puppet just hide the head and neck sculpts. Also there is a setting at the bottom of the first page of the head and neck sculpts tweak menu that lets these parts ALWAYS cast shadows, even when hidden. Now you can see your characters body & shadow.
-On the first page of the puppet tweak menu is an option called Face Camera Direction. Now the character will face the same way as the camera.
-Turn Lean Into Strength down to 0 on the puppet. This can be found on the second page (legs) of the puppet tweak menu.
- Delete the wire that comes out of circle on the controllinator. This will prevent players from depossessing your fps rig by accident.
- Also send a signal (maybe an inverter) into Force Possess on the controllinator (half way down the 5th tab with the imp on it) This way you wont have to possess your fps rig when you start the level.
Now you can look down and see your body & shadow! :)
