Record from tweak menu

In the sound mode.. Can i record while I'm changing the effects on the tweak menu?

  The question is, what do you want to record? You can record notes if you scope back in to the performance window, as normal. If you want to record changes to the settings live, you can use an action recorder, and place that into the timeline when you're done.

  I did it with action recorder.. But some how it didn't record the sound.. I can only see the slider moving but without sound
  
  Maby something wrong with my sittings.. If the mic pullged in.. My voice recorded.. If not.. Nothing recorded.. And i want to record the changes in the settings live as u mentioned
