Is there a tap to tempo feature for music creation?

If there is I haven't figured it out. If not, it should definitely be added. Tapping x on the playback speed slider to set the bpm for example. I primarily make music in Dreams, but am quite creatively limited because I find it hard to match the project to my performance.

    There isn't right now. But you can adjust the tempo in the tweak menu of the timeline (look for playback speed). Turn on the metronome and it might help you out.

    I think most of the time, people pick a tempo and play along to the metronome. So that might be useful for you.

    I'll try to make a "tap to find the tempo" thing though, to help people out.

    Thanks! Yeah, thats how I'm doing it now. But it is nice for when you have a beat in your head or you're freestyling. I thought it even be tapping x while holding L1 on the metronome in the corner of the window.

    I've made a level that lets you do that. Unclear how accurate it is, but I've done my best. It shows the BPM and the Playback Speed setting you need for that BPM.
