Remove commenting cooldown on your own creations and profile page comments

Just responded to someone on my profile. Tried to add another comment, and it says I have to wait a couple of minutes. I feel like it's reasonable to assume people aren't going to spam their own stuff.

  It is also a pain if you post a comment. Realise there is a typo. You cant edit it. So you Delete it and then cannot replace it. So it just looks like you said something bad and then deleted your comment. Please let us edit.

  Gets my vote. Anything sticky like this just turns people *off* from using features.

  I feel like you should also be able to post 1 comment/review and additionally 1 bug without a cool down.

  Often I am leaving a review or feedback and then a bug, but you have to wait a while which slows things down.

  Yeah, I end up leaving a bug-review with everything in, in really terse language. And while playing I have a document open for any feedback and thoughts and cool things I notice while playing... then spend the next half an hour making one comment every 2 minutes XD

  Onto the pile, the 5 character minimum in your own comments section is annoying as well.

  I would also like the character limit to be raised a bit, or at least allow a second comment to be posted after only 30 seconds.
