Are there any way to remove noice of recorded voice.

  I assume you mean "noise"?
  
  Look in the sound gadget with the recording, and go to the EQ section. There's a graph with nodes. Dragging a node up will make that range of frequencies lounder. Dragging a node down will make them quieter. So if you've got "hissing," you probably want to make the super high frequencies quieter.
  
  Another tip, from experience, is to record further away from the PS4. I used a long USB extension cable to let me sit way across the room while recording, and there was way less noise.
