Stop a rotation quicker once input is removed

    Hi,

Turn the speed down I stead of the power and leave the dampening nice and high

    Hi,

To clarify, wire your logic into the speed, not the power, the power turns both speed, strength, and dampening down. But you want to leave that high.

    Hi John,

Thanks for getting back to me, I've switched to an advanced rotator (which has the same problem) and I have the splitter output set to go to the z-axis speed as opposed the "Rotation Strength". I have the speed set to 360°/s, strength at 50% and all dampening values set to 100% but it still takes some time to slow down.

Okay, quick update - what you suggested worked perfectly on the regular rotator. Setting the strength to 100% and the dampening to 100% meant it went as fast as I set it and stopped immediately.

I can't get the advanced rotator to work the same way though. I've just created a level under "Vehicles" called "Rotator Issue" If you wanted to take a look at what I mean.

For the time being, I think I'll be able to use the regular rotator - so thanks for the advice :)

    Hi,

Glad that worked (sort of) there might be a bug in the advanced rotator as it should work the same way.
Can you please enter that into the bug section if you have a moment.
    Thank you
