Remove all lag from a follower so it follows perfectly?

I have a non-collidable sculpt which I want to follow a tagged sculpt that has normal physics and which is controlled by the player.

Even with all follower settings at maximum, the non-collidable following sculpt clearly lags behind the tagged sculpt. The follower doesn't "stick like glue" as promised in the follower minimum distance setting.

Is this a bug or just a feature of this gadget or am I missing something?

  Hi,
  
  What you are seeing is one frame of lag as the cube is being moved using the physics engine.
  If you want zero lag use the teleporter gadget instead as that will move the object with no lag

  you can do that but MM the follower logic is still broken you still HAVE to fix it.

  I have the same problem :o
  I want a camera that follows my ship ”like glue” But it always lags behind and ”jitters”...
