how do I make a rigid stance with a puppet in a scene ?

I like to spawn a puppet and put it in a stance (for example sitting on a bench etc) BUT when the floor is moving (a puppet sitting on a floating boat dor ex) the puppet move weirdly even if delete the logic in it and desactivate the physic parameter..
