**Bold** text to contrast more vs non-bold text

It's pretty clear on indreams, but in-game it's almost impossible to tell if something is bold or not--and so makes it kinda useless as a formatting tool. Not sure what the answer is, but somehow making the normal and bold text contrast more would make this a lot more useful for structuring/highlighting text in descriptions.
