Switching between two characters

So this is probably really easy, but for the life of me, I can't find the answer online and I am still new to Dreams.

I want to have two characters in my scene, that you can switch between by pressing a button. The other character will always follow the possessed character, including jumping from platform to platform.

So basically, the same mechanic as Frances and Foxy in "Art's dream".

Have you tried running a button from your controller sensor to the force possess on the other player? Maybe the switch between characters in this video could be adapted to your needs.

I made this a while back which implements puppet swapping. https://indreams.me/scene/dtyuQKGqcaa

Basically, for each character you have an on switch going into "de-possess" on the controller and force-possession off. Then you have a keyframe that turns off "de-possess" and turns on "force possess." Now only power the keyframe for the character you want to be possessed.
