Collaborator only comments

Is there a way to comment with your collaborators, but hide the comments from others? This would prevent people from seeing the boring behind the scenes details, cheats or secrets, and also prevent normal user comments from being drowned out.

    I'm hoping there's a better solution than commenting on a private remix, or using an out of game solution

    You can use the PSN chat features; I do all the time. Dreams uses PSN names, so they'd be the same in the chat too. You can use it on your phone, or on the PS4 while playing Dreams. You can also make a chat thread specific to a particular topic and include a number of people if you wish.

    That does work, but I still think there is a place for more in-game collaboration tools. One use case is working on separate elements of a larger project. You could make comments on each element, and people could focus more on the comments for the elements they are working on.

    EDIT: Oh I see you mentioned making threads. I'll keep that in mind, but I think it may also be nice to just use the existing elements to group the comments rather than having to manage threads.
