How Do I Make Collections And Publish Them?
Ok, so I know this is a simple question at this stage of the beta but I've only just got full access to the beta and everyone else's creations. I've saved a bunch of characters into my sculpture section and realise I should have put them in the character section. So ... can I move them to my character collection and, after I've done that (if I can) how do I then publish them as a collection?

As to your first question, I don't know if you can directly change the sculpture into a character file type, but I do know you can remix it. Click remix on the cover page for that sculpture, rename it (or name it the same thing if you want), and save it as a Character.
For your second question, select "Start Fresh" to create something new. If you are doing this from your "My Creations" section a screen will pop up prompting you what type of creation you want to make. Select "Collection". If you are doing it from the Browse and Create menu, select "Collection" (i think it is one of the first icons) and then instead of browsing select "Start Fresh."

What do you mean by "sculpture section"? It sounds like you've made a collection for sculptures, but you're asking how to make collections..?
If those characters are in a "sculpture collection," you can simply click on each character to see their cover page. Then click on "send to..." (top-right) and select "collection." Then choose the collection you want to add it to.
To publish a collection, I assume there's a button within the "edit collection" page that lets you release it to the dreamiverse. -

It sounds like you're trying to do one thing to get around a different thing, so I'll explain both
Firstly, it sounds like you're worried you've categorised something wrong: sculpture instead of character. You can change the category really easily! Just go to the cover page of your creation, scroll to the right, and you should see your existing category. In this case, I imagine it says "Sculpture". Click that, and click the little back arrow at the top, then you can select Character, along with a sub-category if you wish.
Secondly, if you still want to create a collection, there are a few ways to do this. The main method is to head to Start Fresh with a new creation, either from your profile or DreamShaping, click Collection, and you'll land in a fresh, empty collection. Then you can click the magnifying glass to add anything you want to it, and place them as you wish. When you're ready, press Options, save it, then Save Version to release it.
