How to add a cooldown to a signal

    You could use a timer and a NOT gate to prevent firing while timer hasn't finished or something along those lines, perhaps. Or a timeline in play once mode with a NOT gate at the beginning only in the region where you can fire, which is then AND'd with your firing signal.
