    If I understand correctly, I think what's happening is that the Puppet left it's base, the blue circle on the ground you see when you're scoped in. So you'll need that base to move along the Puppet, and end up at the other side of the fence.

    Try this:
    1) Animate the horizontal translation of the whole Puppet group, which will take the Puppet base with it.
    2) Animate the Puppet's vaulting action so it ends right where it started.

    You'll need to disable Procedural Animation and Procedural Walk for as long as your vaulting animation is playing.
