What if I delete from my local and want to pull it from online back to local how do ido that ??

I think this works :)
Find the creation and edit it - you might have to look in the version history to get an edit option, I’m not sure but it should be there somewhere. Once you’re in edit mode press Options to save a version and you can save locally.
