Private object in published dreams
Whenever I upload a dream I get asked to make all objects in the dream public. If I choose to keep them private, will they still be visible for everyone in the dream? Or will private objects be missing from the dream for anyone without access?

gnerally, this is what i've found to be true:
Private = your eyes only
Playable = anyone can view, but not remix or edit
Public = remixable -

I don't particularly want to upload every little object I create as public, but I still want all the objects to appear in the dreams where I've used them.
So again, will every object in a dream be visible regardless, or am I forced to release each object publicly in order for them to appear in my dream? -
When I'm uploading a dream, I get the following message:
"The following creations are saved locally or privately and need to be released. Use the button below to choose how you want to save them. If any of these are not their latest released version, this one will become the current release. Releasing a hidden creation will make it visible again."
Perhaps because English isn't my native language, but this message seems almost purposely designed to confuse us. It's so poorly formulated that I get annoyed every time I read it. It doesn't tell me anything I want to know, and it kind of tells me several things that don't seem relevant at all. (I honestly have no idea what the "latest released version" info is trying to tell me, so I can't say if it's relevant information or not.)
The only thing I really need to know is if those unreleased objects will appear in my dream, regardless of whether I release them publicly or not. -

I’ve been just as confused as you, but after releasing my latest Gork which contains the Gork puppet which is private I believe that it can be viewed by the public and doesn’t effect the private object either, as i’ve had a few people like the one containing the private object. -

If you upload a dream it will identify any objects that you have made separately that have not yet been launched and ask you if you want to launch them public or private. If you say public then those separate object files will launch to the public feeds. If you choose private they will launch to the MM servers but will not be visible or downloadable as separate items.
