Stop selector from cycling from last output to first?

I have a selector with 2 outputs. I want Trigger A to switch to output B, but when pressed again, not to switch to output A again. Any ideas?

Plug the last output into the negetive input on a counter (set to 1, limit is 1) and wire this counter into the power input on a node. Wire any wires that are going into the selector into the node first. That way the node will turn off and prevent any more signals passing through it once the selector has reached its limit.
