"Modulate outgoing signals" tweak menu switch on the wireless receiver

At the moment the falloff of the zone does not affect the values picked up by a transmitter. In some cases that fall-off zone with a value is perfect… if only it actually modulated the value the transmitter picked up and not just what the receiver picks up from the transmitter.

The workaround for this using trigger zones and sending separate values and such is pretty tedious and annoying to have to do considering a receiver's zone affects how it communicates with the transmitter... in all cases apart from sending values to a transmitter. It feels inconsistent, so I forget it works like that every time and then get frustrated all over again.

I think it would help people learn how wifi works because of the consistency, and also allow for more uses of the wifi gadgets.
