Changeable axis point for painting clones

Would be super useful to be able to change the rotation/position point that the painting clones create copies of themselves around.

It seems the position and rotation are picked when you first draw the painting meaning all sorts of effects don't work unless you test which way it will spawn the clones before you start drawing the painting.
