Fear of changing Names of original scene
I have an original scene with most of the assets I'm currently using in multiple "re-mixes" of this original scene. If I change the name of this original scene, will my remixes still be able to reference it? I'm nervous that sometimes if you change the name of a master file, the remixes might get confused as to their reference point? I hope I explained this properly :)

You can change the name of your original without causing any problems to your remixes, I’ve done this many times :)
Where is says “a remix of” the name of the original scene will be updated to reflect your change -

Pookachoo is correct. The name is completely separate from the file itself, so don't worry ^^

Remixes are basically new scenes/objects and have no connection to the original except the fact that's it's a remix.
