There should be an option in keyframe tweak to record rotation in respect to the world axes.
I've mostly been making flying vehicles in Dreams and this option would be soooooooo useful. At the moment keframe rotation recordings are always recorded with respect to the local axes of the object, giving the option to make it world axes would mean there a good alternative to the current options of something like Look-At/ Rocket Rotator (which are only useful in very specific situations) or just splitting all the rotation data and trying to figure out how to do trig without any trig fuctions available.

I don't really understand what you mean. Do you mean you want to rotate an object around the origin (centre) point of the entire scene? I'm not sure how that would help you make one object "look at" another, etc.
