How do I stop the extreme "flowing backwards" while moving.
I like the flowing nature when he's standing still. But he looks like a wet cat when he moves. Any suggestions to reduce that action when moving?

You could set it to animate without making it physical maybe?

The "floppiness" setting dictates how far apart the flecks can get along each stroke in the painting. So if it's high, they can get farther apart and will seem to "stretch" like that.
Try turning the floppiness down, and turning the wind strength up to compensate. -

You could detect velocity and connect it to floppynes to adjust according to speed.
