Custom animation issues.
I have this custom biped that is rigged using ball joints, I replaced the deluxe puppet with it and disabled all procedural animations.
There is this issue when I want to animate the arms swaying back and forth, when I scroll through the animation inside the timeline everything works properly but when I am in play mode one of the arms does not bend properly (basically the lower part of the arm bends in the opposite way). Is this happening because I made a duplicate of the arm and it's joints and then flipped it to fit the opposite side of the body? This should still work but that's all that crossed my mind.

If you enable the view for connectors you should be able to find that connector joint and view / change any limitations in its tweak menu, ball joints can be set up with limited movement.
If you copied the arm after the keyframe was made maybe it's also flipped the animation.
