There is no online multiplayer in the Early Access.

What do you mean by “invite”? People can buy the game if they wish to.
If you mean invite them to collaborate on a creation, you need to first publish the creation (you may publish privately). Then go into the settings (from the cover page) using the cogs button. Click on collaborators and add players.
