Blend a cloned shape. Stamp shape while in blending mode. DS Controller
Hi, while watching the sculpting master class, one of the steps that the teacher does is to use the soft blend with a cloned shape (which is a deformed sphere).
I tried using the L1 + square to enter the blend mode of the clone shape with the DualShock controller, but it isn't working, although it works perfectly when I use the Stamp tool.
It would be very convenient to be able to use blends with cloned shapes, so that the process would be:
1. Stamp shape
2. Edit shape
3. Clone
4. Blend
Instead of:
1. Stamp shape
2. Edit shape
3. Take the original shape again from the menu
4. Go to blend mode and edit shape (again)
5. Exit blend mode and stamp new shape.
Also while explaining the problem, I realised that I found something else quite annoying... to go into the blending mode I make the intersection of 2 shapes and then edit the one I'm holding to get the effect that I want, but I'm not able to stamp it, and then when exitting the blend mode, the shape, although blending, is not staying in the position where I had edit it, so the blending effect is never exactly as I planned it in the blending mode.
So, the questions here are:
1) Is it possible to blend a cloned shape?
2) Is it possible to create a basic shape (lets say, a rugby ball) and use it as you use other shapes (as the box, sphere, etc...)?
3) Is it possible to stamp a shape while defining the blending?
