How to prevent recenter notification from popping up frequently while watching pure videos, etc.?

The prompt that reminds you how to recenter your controller always seems to pop up over and over during things like visual novels that don't need controller input at all. How do we dismiss it permanently once we know how to recenter?

There isn't a way of doing it I don't think. I'm hoping they allow us to disable it at some point. Maybe something in the camera setting like 'disable' Imp, 'enable' imp with an input and output to allow us to control it.
