Make a character indirectly slip and slide on a 2D plane?
I referred to that ace little 2D plane example in the Dreamverse and now the character only moves left and right down that plane when directly controlled.
But I'm doing indirect control and specifically on a seesaw-like apparatus. No matter how much I adjust slide / skate on the character or strength on the Y axis on the follower, the character won't slide down the seesaw when the seesaw is manipulated. The character just sticks in the centre (the starting position). Max distance is at max.
And yet if a possess the character the sliding action is in full effect.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Can you just fake it by hooking up a piston?
