How to make puppet crouch?

I tried looking through the forum but couldn't see it asked, how do I make my puppet crouch? I currently have one set up as a first person puppet and want to press a button to crouch and wondered what's the best way?

Hi,

If you record a crouch pise using a keyframe.
Then just power that keyframe on or off using the control sensor to make your character crouch

Sorry to ask again but I've made the crouch animation and the puppet works perfect but the face cam seems really slow to follow when he crouch's down? It takes about 10 seconds or longer for the camera to catch up with the puppets new position
