If you Create a collection
And upload it to Public do all the assets contained within automatically become public? That would be super handy

I think in the "publish your creation" screen, it explains this in the "private" button (or the help?). Any collection that contains a private element can only be published as private.
It makes sense though. You can make collections of other people's work. So if it would automatically make things public, you could just force anyone else's private work to be public. If it's your own stuff, you can just change the "publicness" of the work yourself, right?
