Where do a find the panel with all the walk sliders like sassy ect

I tried scoping into the biped last night and gave up looking after 30+ minutes. What am I missing?

You have to scope into the puppet and tweak the circular base that's around it.

Indeed, it is not in the chip, it's a separate tweak menu :)
