How do I attach sculptures to a puppet?
If, for example, I want to make a helmet and suit for my puppet, how do I attach these elements?
And if I want to make a big and fat suit, how do I make the puppet bigger, larger and fatter?

And to change the proportions of a character you can use the stretch tool with symmetry turned on. You can also add volume by scoping into parts of the puppet and sculpting on top of them :)
