Energy blast from hands (fire, lightning, laser or whatever
How would I go about making an attack that shoots out lightning from the puppets hands that is able to damage enemies?

I'll give a very terse summary: paint with animate speed and jet trail, health modifier with zone covering the paint. Scope it all into the hand. Power it with a button press.
