Why do some creation thumbnails have a blue asterisk

This is more of a simple question, than a "how do I" What does it mean when a creation has a blue star/asterisk on it? I notice that a few of my creations have this star when I am going through them in the "update" section of my collections. I have gone through every idea possible to try and find a difference between my creations that have one and those that do not, but I see no difference.

I feel like the answer is an obvious one, but I'm extremely curious to know why this is.

(When you are in a collection, click the edit pencil, then the update tab, then you get the collection list that has this)

    My guess is that those creations have been changed? I haven't looked into this more closely to be honest.

    I thought this at first, too, yet doesn't seem to be the case after testing it. I also tried seeing if quick save vs save to ps4 made it happen.... nope. Haha, it's just annoying me like an itch you can't reach
