How do I deal with logic delay on sensor/laser scope?
I've got this setup for a ledge grab mechanic: Not touching ground, a laser scope to the front (detecting wall), trigger zone above head in a not gate (no wall detected) = ledge grabe.
Since logic updates 30fps/s my guess is that the sensors are not fast enough to update the location and the puppet never stops at the same place at the ledge. While at normal jump speed I can correct the puppets position with a mover afterwards to match the of the ledge, but at higher speeds, like falling down, the whole thing won't even trigger.
Any ideas on how to detect a ledge at higher velocity?

Have a larger zone so it detects there's a ledge coming up, perhaps? Hard to say without details of the implementation or seeing it in front of me. You can send it to me if you like, and we can text chat through PSN.
