Change the controls on a puppet with a top down camera
I want the player to move left right and up and down in relation to the camera view - but with an overhead camera up is down and down is up. Is there an easy tweak fix for this or can someone explain the wiring changes needed? Inverting the camera in Dreams settings is not an option.

Hi are you using a custom camera rig and control scheme.
If so movers or rotaters that need to be inverted can be set to negative values which will essentially invert their respective outputs.
You can also simply multiply the input to your mover/rotator by multiplying it by minus 1 using a calculator.
For a top down style like this a custom camera rig set to invisible and set to follow the player via a teleporter would work well. Make the rig larger than the player and apply four tags in the up, left, right and down positions, each powered on by its respective directional input and in combination with a look at rotator to control which direction the player faces. -
There are no movers or rotators to invert so that helps me not. Also I do not want the cameras to follow the player, but thanks anyway.

SOLVED: It is a bug. If I put the camera in a microchip the problem does not occur, the player moves exactly as you would expect.
