Is there a way to tag different objects and make them change settings all together?
For example, I want to make "6th sense" button - when you press it, different types of objects change there appearance - become glowing, or visible, or collidable etc - is there an easy way to mark these needed objects to toggle their settings later?

I don't think there's a way directly.
One thing you can do, assuming they are the same cloned object is when you start the level use changes keyframe on the first object.
Clones of that object will be subject to the same Keyframe.
The only other thing I can think of is having all affected objects in the same group. For level building you an copy while scoped in so they remain part of that group.
When you are in a group, double tap X to select all objects in that group. -
