How do I change the time increments on the timeline?
All I see is the ability to speed it up to 200%. I want to change it so each frame is 1/10th or 2/10th of a second.

When you have a timeline open, if you hover over the canvas there is a shortcut for zooming in. I believe this is L1 + Directional buttons left and right for DS4.

Make sure it's on "realtime" mode as opposed to "beats and bars" mode, by clicking on the time/bar notation on the top-right of the window.
Now expand the window out horizontally as @Nemma88 explained, as much as you can. Subtle vertical stripes will show, which represent individual frames, as far as I understand it. Then the speed doesn't matter.
