Where can you find Connie’s Health Manager?

I’ve looked everywhere I can think of and can’t find the gadget. It says it’s built into her logic, but when I scope in and all I see is Connie’s Brain which doesnt seem to include her health manager. Any help greatly appreciated!

Scope into her brain and it should be where her controller sensor is, if I'm remembering correctly
