I want to attach an object to the puppet's head (video included)

So, I wanted to create a character and attach some mushrooms in him, first I wanted a mushroom head, so I pressed the head with L1 and X, I pressed search, I added a mushroom, deleted some parts and attached it to the character, then I put everything in a group, the mushroom is not moveable, but... check the video, in edit mode I can see my character the way I want it but when I go to play mode, the mushroom is not attached and I did this watching the stream tips, anything I could be doing wrong?

I found the solution! just selected the neck and the mushroom, but not the head! and switch off moveable in the group and now it works perfectly! :D
