Sky Fleck Type

Is there a way to remove the sky pattern? If I want to have the sky blue, just pure blue color. Is that possible? I don't see the point with this sky pattern at all.

  Hi,
  
  If you set the horizon definition to 0% and tint to maximum you can remove it.

  I can still see the Flecks. But if I use white or black color on the sky, it looks like the flecks are not visible. I tried light blue color, then they are visible.

  In addition to what John says, set the"Fleck Shade Randomness" slider to 0%
