Set an emitter to a specific angle
Eg how do I get an emitter to emit an object 30 degrees from vertical? I want to feed a specific value in to ensure consistency rather than adjusting the arrow by eye as I want several emitters all working together
If I put a value slider into the ‘scene space direction’ the object flies off at great speed even though it is set to the same 3m/s as the otherwise identical emitter next to it which is much slower.
Tried combining the output of a value slider into a 3 value fat wire, and then that into the rotation input of a combined set to ‘transform’, but no joy
How do angles even work in dreams - what range do they use?

Ok so playing with this is making me very confused. I have three value sliders going into a combiner with the output being a rotation fat wire. The output goes into the scene space direction in an emitter.
If I tweak the emitter so I can see the angle, and then adjust the sliders I do not understand the result.
Eg adjusting the value going in to The Y input of the combiner, 0 points horizontally left. Increasing up to about +45 the angle goes up roughly in line with degrees. But then starts to move less as I increase the value. Even at 256 I can’t get it to point directly up. -
This is the kind of thing I want to do - but basically control the angle

What are the rotation input values
