create a “Beat Saber” like game? I’m thinking you hold two DualShock controllers and grab on to an object with each one and you drag that object across the notes coming towards you.

Move controllers are supported.
But they use the same controller chip as the dualshock.
Only with different button/gesture mapping.
I didn't test which is what, but you could try it for yourself.
Also: there is a way to give an object cursor like controls.
Sadly I can't look myself right now as I am not home.
