Camera Head bob? Video effects?

So basically I’m looking to add head big to my camera, so when I’m walking he camera moves up and down slightly. Also not sure how I add on screen video effects like static ect.

For bob I would try a signal generator into the speed of a y-axis mover on the camera, or its group with the signal generators frequency linked to the speed from a motion sensor.
Those effects are in gadgets > camera & lighting > grades
