How do I make wrinkles and pores in skin. I have tried painting them on but I am having no luck. Even when I use snap to surface. I find my brush strokes don't follow the sculpt and stick out. Any help would be appreciated.

you could try painting them on with the spraypaint tool in sculpt mode, then nothing will stick out

scope into the body part and use the soft/hard blends to give you the desired look.
