No Start Fresh option in Instruments

The Help instructions say
"Selecting Start Fresh will create an empty Element..."
There is no Start Fresh option available for me. The first thing on the feed in Browse and Create is the Media Molecule instruments collection.

This is disabled currently as there is no real way to "start fresh" for these elements without our upcoming importer. Thanks for the feedback!
