Make an object face what it is following?

How do I get an object with a follower attached always face the tag I've tweaked it to follow? I've set it up and it is constantly moving towards the tag, but if I move the tag behind the object, then it moves backwards.

Hi,

You can use a look at rotator set to find the same tag

Or a rocket rotator which makes the thing rotate in the direction of movement
