How do I make a good robot voice filter?

I know nothing about audio. I've recorded a few samples and I want them to sound like a robot. Any tips?

Distortion (icon looks like ?) and pitch shifting are probably the 2 things I’d go to for robot voices.

Maybe some modulation, but really, just play around with the various settings, it can be pretty fun to explore :)

Use the oscillator, make the waveform somewhat square.
