How do I: Edit Connie's keyframes?

Hi I was digging into your wonderful present animated characters to find out how I should make my own.

But however needly you have organized your logic, I still can't find everything because of all the keyframes.
They certainly make your code look need, but I can't find wich parts are edited. (If they are not affecting the visible parts of Connie's body)

Also I noticed a flaw in your animation I wanted to fix(1 of Connie's arms is not moving) and when doing so I noticed that each arm consisted out of 2 parts.
1 of which I couldn't see.

What's up with that? Are invisible parts uneditable?
If so how can I edit them anyway?
